Lucy Sheridan

I joined the practice as a veterinary nursing student in 2018 after studying at The College of Animal Welfare in Leeds, and I graduated in Spring 2021. 

I have a degree in English and Film but I found myself having a career change to studying veterinary nursing as I have always had a soft spot for all creatures great and small! 

There is never a dull day in the veterinary practice! – I absolutely love that one day can consist of monitoring anaesthetics and helping the vets perform their surgeries, to another of speaking and guiding clients through the after-care of their beloved pets. 

I have a two-year-old Portuguese “Heinz 57” dog called Cass, but I am also a self-confessed crazy cat lady - I hope to steadily acquire many more variations of animals throughout my career!
